Shipping Policies
SkisFast.com ships via USPS within the US and International. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping method you select as well as the items in your shopping cart. To find out the estimated shipping costs or to compare prices simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Input your shipping address and use the shipping estimate feature to the right side of your screen. This will display all shipping options available to you.
All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour business day processing time. Expedited or Air shipping may not decrease your order processing time. This will decrease your order's transit time once it has left our warehouse.
If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call our customer service department at (313) 565-0044 with the item and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date.
Shipping Damage
If the unfortunate happens and any of your items have been received as damaged, please contact us immediately. All damage claims will be handled through the respective shipping company.
Return Policies
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All orders placed from 11/25/2011 to 12/25/2011 are eligible for exchanges/returns until 1/2/2012. If you've ordered an item of the wrong size, or simply the wrong item as a gift, please email or call us to obtain the proper Return Authorization Number.
Returns are honored if a request is received within 14 days of your purchase. Please call us at (313) 565-0044 or email us at info@skisfast.com in order to obtain on R.A. Number. No returns will be accepted and processed without an R.A. Number from us. All tags must be in place and the product(s) unused.
Return credits are the purchase price minus shipping. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and are for the original purchase price less the original shipping. Restocking fees may apply in some cases.
Please Note: that we are unable to accept returns for special order items or any used equipment.
Pricing Policies
In the unfortunate event that price is displayed inaccurately, we will contact you prior to charging your account. At this time, you will be given the option to cancel the order or agree to the correct charges. We apologize for any inconveniences if this does occur.
Warranty Policies
All products will be warranted through the manufacturer of the defective product.
